I am so glad to come to this session and to understand the science of right mindfulness, and I can see how it applies in my life. I'm really glad to also come out of the program with tools that I can use and exercises that I can apply at my own home to continue this self-exploration and work to better myself and live a more peaceful, grounded, and meaningful life.
Doing this practice, not just by myself as a lone meditation practice, but putting it in context with the science behind it and the community around it, really gives me warmth and confidence that I need to navigate life as someone who's recently moved to this area.
Rebecca’s restorative yoga program helps to release so many thoughts and tension that I didn’t even know that I had. I feel much lighter afterward.
I really enjoyed this morning's session. The atmosphere was serene and friendly. I was able to relax and focus soon after my arrival. I like the open communication among members and the generous sharing of your expertise. Hope my schedule works out so I can join you again soon.
